trip jennings

Principal & Founder of Balance Media, Trip has filled many passports with stamps from projects around the world. He got his start creating kayaking videos, then began working with National Geographic. In 2007, he was named National Geographic Adventurer of the Year Honoree. He's won dozens of awards including Banff Film Festival's Best Film on Mountain Environment. Now Trip focuses that same passion on making sure every project is creative and impactful.


SARA QUINN

Sara is a photographer and videographer who loves telling stories of people and their landscapes. Since joining the Balance Media team as videographer/AP, Sara has traveled to Alaska and Maine to document impacts to river-based cultures. She recently returned from biking the Mississippi River, documenting breakfast culture along the way. She loves shooting with her medium format film camera for personal projects.


Adam mills elliott

Adam is a photographer, camera operator, designer and expedition leader. Adam has worked on film projects in China, Brazil, Mexico and the U.S. His photography has been published by National Geographic Adventure, Outside Magazine, Canoe & Kayak and in advertisements for both print and web. His experience in the field is an important part of any film shoot.

ADAM CORNELIUS

Adam Cornelius is a graduate of the Florida State University College of Motion Picture Arts, and has been editing and making films full-time since 2007. His first feature documentary, People Who Do Noise, has played at festivals, museums and galleries all over the world. In 2011, he completed Ecstasy of Order: The Tetris Masters, which won the audience award at the Austin Film Festival and premiered at the International Documentary Festival of Amsterdam.
